All the terms and conditions stated on this page govern the relationship between the company V-Tech Auto and their customers.

1. Online price and transactions
The price of all the products and services that we render is in pounds, with the cost of labour and parts, and VAT included.
Online purchase or booking an appointment to use our services does not put you in any contractual obligations with us; it represents an offer from you to buy and/or use the products and services we provide.
We are well within our rights to postpone or cancel the order, even after providing an order confirmation to you, if we are unable to fulfil that order. In this case, we will contact you and offer an equivalent product or reschedule the cancelled appointment. If we fail to find an agreement, you may cancel the order and claim a full refund. We are only liable to refund the customer for the cancelled order.
2. Incorrect order
We are not liable for any damages caused by your order of tyres with incorrect dimensions from our website. It is your responsibility to ensure the tyres meet your vehicle's specifications. Standard procedures for returns/refunds will be followed in such cases.
3. Returns/Refunds
We shall not accept returns nor provide refunds for OEM components that have already been fitted to your vehicle. If the OEM component is defective after fitting, you may buy a replacement product. If the manufacturer confirms the product is faulty, we shall refund the cost of the replacement component in full. We are only liable to refund for the faulty component.
4. Missing appointments
You must bring your vehicle to our garage on time. Delay may impact the planned schedule or lead to cancellation. Payments already completed may be partially withheld if notice is not provided: 100% of MOT cost and 50% of servicing cost.
5. Cancellations and reschedules
You can cancel/reschedule appointments subject to availability. Inform us at least 2 days in advance. Cancellation of repair after work has commenced may incur a small fee. Online order cancellation must be within 24 hours to claim a full refund.
6. Estimates
Cost estimates are valid for 14 days only. They include labour, materials, and spare parts. Additional costs will be notified and require your consent before commencing repairs.
7. Copyright
All material on our site is copyrighted. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. Personal and non-commercial use such as viewing, storing, copying, and printing is allowed. Commercial use may result in legal action.
8. Conduct
Submitting your vehicle for servicing/repairs consents us to test it on the road. Remove all valuable belongings before leaving your vehicle. We are not liable for loss of valuables. Recommendations not in writing are at your own risk.
9. Parts
If you wish to inspect replaced components, notify us at drop-off. Unclaimed defective components will be disposed of following environmental regulations.
10. Payment
Payments can be made via cash, debit, credit card, or other valid methods. Online purchase requires payment at order. Services may require a deposit. Non-payment may result in a general lien on your vehicle. Vehicles may be sold after 3 months if payment remains unsettled.
11. Guarantee claims
OEM components are covered by manufacturer guarantees. Guarantee claims require proof of purchase. We do not provide guarantees on adjustment services like wheel alignment or balancing. Claims may be rejected if damage is due to misuse, natural calamities, theft, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized servicing.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
All provisions adhere to UK laws. Use of our website implies consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Severance
If any term is invalid, another term closely matching the original intent will override it. The rest of the terms remain in effect.

Terms are enforceable only between you and us. No third-party can enforce them.

Cancellation
- We reserve the right to cancel the order if stock is insufficient.
- If Tyres/Services booked were listed at an incorrect price.
- If your order is cancelled, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.
- You may cancel your order anytime up to the fitting date by notifying us via email.
